Vendor Booths at the Show

Vendor space will be available in the small warm-up arena between both barn areas during the show hours on Saturday and Sunday. The floor will be covered with rubber stall mats. Tables must be provided by the vendor. Deadline to reserve a booth is 10/17/2021. All vendors will receive special recognition during the show.

Reserve a Vendor Booth

Reserve a vendor booth for your display of alpaca goods, art and products. Booths will be on dirt flooring covered by rubber mats. Electricity is available for a small fee.

Vendor Guidelines

You must set up your booth between 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Friday, October 29, 2021. Tables are available for rent at a cost of $10 each. You will not be able to drive into the arena, but may unload at the main door. Booths cannot be dismantled prior to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2021. THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING IN THIS YEAR’S FALL FESTIVAL!

Show Fees

Spaces are approximately 10 x 10. Order your booth(s) by 08/31/2021 and save $50 per space! Early Bird fee is $150 for the first booth. After 09/01/2021 the booth fee is $200.
