NEW – Jackpot Exhibition Performance Classes (2021 Fall Festival Alpaca Show Only)

Classes Offered:

            Youth Exhibition Showmanship – Judge by Wade Gease (AOA Certified Judge)

                        This class will follow the AOA rules and scoring for Youth Showmanship Classes

            Youth Exhibition “Alpaca Course Training” – Judged by Pat Alger (4-H Leader)

                        This class will follow the AOA rules and scoring for Youth Obstacle Classes

            Youth Exhibition “ Alpaca Ambassador” – Judged by Pat Alger (4-H Leader)

                        This class will follow the AOA rules and scoring for Youth Public Relations Classes

            Youth Costume – Judged by Pat Alger (4-H Leader)

                        This class has no change from the 2021 AOA Show Rules

 

For the 2021 ABR Fall Festival Alpaca Show the Alpaca Owners Association Show Rules Committee has given ABR a waiver to hold performance classes using a non- AOA Certified Judge.  This is a very exciting opportunity for us as we will be a trial for the future of AOA Performance Shows.  Rules and Scoring will remain the same.  All Awards will not have the AOA logo however they will have the ABR logo.  There will be no Championships awarded.  However, Jackpot Awards will be given in place of Championships. All official results will remain with ABR and listed on the ABR website. The show registration system will reflect the new class names.  Pricing will not change.

 

Jackpot Money can be donated through the show registration system or directly through the ABR office abr@alpacabreeders.org
