Accounting Procedures
On January
1, 2006, Hobert Office Services in Estes Park took all Accounting
functions and check processing for ABR. This will necessitate a few
changes in the way invoices are processed and reimbursements are made.
Also because of IRS regulations governing non-profit organizations,
additional information will be required for receipt reimbursement.

Please
fill out receipt reimbursement form found below this message. All Committee
Chairs and Board Members will also have copies of this form.

receipts or invoice to this form and mail to:

All invoices
or receipt reimbursements over $ 250.00 must have Committee Chair or
Board Member approval. This can be accomplished by sending an e-mail
to: anniesalpacaranch@msn.com
All Invoices
or Receipt Reimbursements received by the 15th of the month will be
paid by the 30th of the month. Those received by the 30th will be paid
by the 15th of the following month.

Membership
List/Labels
ABR carries
a listing of Membership Address Labels which can be acquired
for $0.10 each plus $2.00 for postage and an envelope. These labels
are available to only ABR members so long as the products you
are marketing is directly related to alpacas. Use of the labels
in a non-alpaca marketing endeavor is strictly forbidden. We have
enough junk mail! If the labels are not used within the guidelines
as stated, they will be taken off the web site and everyone will have
to pay to access them.
If you would like labels mailed to you, please contact the Membership
Chairperson and describe to this person your use of the labels,
what labels you need and in what form you'd like them. If you just ask
for 'ABR labels' you'll be sent and charged for 'all' of them. Labels
are sent with an invoice payable to ABR.
You can
make the labels yourself from the following database free of charge.
Current Membership List
The current membership list is available from the membership director. Email the director and the latest list will be sent to you as an Excel spreadsheet.
If you need the current membership list in another format, please let the membership director know.

ABR has 300 panels which can be rented by an ABR Farm member (only).
