Please note that some sponsorship levels are limited. Please reserve early to ensure your Farm's recognition in our advertising! Sponsorship positions are reserved by email. You will then receive a contract by email or fax to return with payment within 10 days. Please make checks payable to ABR. Sponsorship opportunities open on November 16, 2011 at noon (Mountain Standard Time) and priority is established by date/time stamp of sender's email after noon MST. Final deadline for sponsorships is April 5, 2012. Waiting to the deadline may limit your pre-show marketing opportunities.

*BLEED INSTRUCTION: If ad includes full bleed, (meaning background runs completely off the page), the ad design should be 1/8" from trim size to on all sides, to therefore equal 8.75" x 11.25". In other words, allow a 1/2" tolerance area from trim size to image area.
REGULAR AD RESOLUTION: Ad resolution should be at least 300 dpi. High resolution JPG, PDF, PNG, PNG+, PSD or TIFF files are acceptable. If sending on CD by postal mail, allow for delivery time before the deadline. Postmark by the deadline date will not be sufficient, as the showbook may already be submitted to the printer.
If your ad is in another file format than one of these listed and/or additional work is required to prepare the ad for publication, there may be a service charge (see also graphics costs below). In such case, you will be contacted with a quote before they proceed.
