Become a Vendor

Vendor Application

*Vendors will have a choice of location, space available and on a first come/first served basis
*Vendors also displaying or entering alpacas may have vendor space available in the barn, again on a space available, first come/first served basis. Booth space may be located across the aisle from your animal stall, available in a few locations. If adjacent to your animal stall the booth size will be 8'x8' to keep within our barn layout. All vendor booths are $250.00 for the first space, $200.00 for each additional space.  To take advantage of the early bird discount and save 10% ($225 first space, additional spaces $180), application must be postmarked by January 20th, 2009.
*Final booth locations will be the joint decision of the Barn Manager and Vendor Coordinator.
*Silent Auction donations are encouraged and are an excellent marketing device.
*Vendors will be provided a copy of the appropriate sales tax rates and a map of the Event Center
*A confirmation email and letter will be sent out at time of application receipt.
*Set-up and check-in is Thursday, April 30th from 10-7.
*Friday, May 1st  from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, there will be a "Meet and Greet" event to promote the vendors.

We at the Great Western Alpaca Show will do everything we can to make this event a success for each and every vendor. We welcome your suggestions, and we will be on duty throughout the show to assist you in any way possible.
