10:00 am until complete	Barn & Ring Setup
3 pm – 8 pm	Exhibitor Stall set up (no animals)
Nov. 4, Friday
No animal can enter barn without going through Vet check first.
9:00 am- 10:30 pm		Vet check/Compliance Check for Volunteers only
12:00 noon		Spin-Off display open for the remainder of the show
10:30 pm - 4:30 pm		Vet Check
10:30 pm - 5:30 pm		Compliance Check
Noon - 5:30 pm		Fleece Show Check In
1:30 pm - 5:00 pm		Fiber Arts & Skeins Check In
10:30 am - 6:30 pm		Vendor Check In
9:00 pm		Barn closes
Nov. 5, Saturday
8:00 am - 8:45 am		Opening Ceremonies and Judges Meeting
8:00 am - 9:00 am		Vet check in for performance animals
8:45 am - 9:00 am		Color Check Challenges
8:45 am - 5:00 pm		Fleece Judging
9:00 am – 2:00 pm		Fiber Arts Judging
10:00 am - completion		Performance Show
9:00 am - 5:00 pm		Full Fleece Halter Class (Optional Group Classes after lunch on Saturday)
9:00 am - 5:00 pm Reopens at 6:00 at Dinner		Silent Auction Silent Auction closes after dinner. You do not have to attend dinner to participate.
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm		Fiber Arts Judge’s Remarks
