The dinner buffet menu is as follows:
Caesar Salad with Garlic Croutons
Wrangler Beef Steaks – medallions of choice beef sirloin marinated and grilled medium Rare/Medium and topped with fajita vegetables and fire roasted ranchero sauce.
Rotisserie Chicken – Slow Roasted Chicken Quarters, marinated and season with fresh herbs and s served au jus
Vegetarian Pasta
Includes:
Roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Fresh seasoned vegetable sauté
Freshly baked rolls and butter
Coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, ice water and choice of dessert
Music starts at 5:30 p.m.
Entertainment by James Davis,
Classical Guitarist specializing in South American, Andean and Latin music
