Advertising

Promote your farm or business in our Fall Festival Show Program Book. This attractive and informational book will be distributed to all participants and all those attending the show. This is a terrific opportunity to promote your farm or ranch to the public attending and other breeders and owners! It will contain:

  • Information about alpacas.
  • Show schedule, times, events and other show information.
  • Information items about the alpaca industry.
  • Publications provided by AOBA.
  • Who to contact about owning alpacas.
  • Upcoming alpaca events in 2007 and 2008
  • Listing of alpaca related organizational web sites.
  • Listing of all exhibitors and vendors including names, addresses, and other information from the registration form.
  • Advertisements from alpaca owners
  • Advertisements for alpaca related products and services
  • Listing of paid advertisers
  • Local information about Denver, CO and surrounding area
  • ..and other information (to get folks to keep the book for a while...)

Program Guide Advertising Costs

The Fall Festival Alpaca Show Program Guide will be published in black and white and made available to all exhibitors and visitors to the show. You do not need to be an ABR, AOBA member or Show Exhibitor to advertise, however, ads must be related to Alpacas.

Two page spread - center of book: $175
Back Cover: $115
Inside Back Cover: $90
Half page: $50
1/3 page: $40
Two page spread - other location: $140
Inside Front Cover: $90
Full page - other location: $80
Business card: $20
Non-Members
Full page - other location: $100
Half page: $60
Business card: $30

Ad Guidelines:
  • Ads must be submitted camera ready and sized.
  • Business cards may be submitted as copy but the quality of their reproduction is not guaranteed.
  • Payment must be submitted with request.
  • Ad copy must be received by October 25, 2007.
  • When your ad is booked, specifications will be emailed (or mailed) for size, format and address for production.
  • Selection/Placement of ALL full page ads will be determined by postmark of ad order. Unless other instructions are specified in the request, we will give you the next best placement if your preferred location has been assigned (order: Back Cover, Inside Front Cover, Inside Back Cover, else where in book from front to back).
  • All requests for Advertising must be submitted independently of other ads.
  • Deadline for ad reservations is October 15, 2007.
  • No Refunds on Ads.
